BOSS White Compound 400g

BOSS White conforms to BS6956 part 5:1992 for use on hot and cold water (non potable duties), natural gas and low pressure steam up to 7 bar pressure and temperature up to 200°C

It is a non toxic jointing compound, which is easy to apply and acts as a lubricant to enable pipe threads to be screwed tight

It is normal to apply, if required, a few strands of BOSS hemp in conjunction with BOSS white to provide a sound joint. Hemp should not be used on gas joints, reinforced fibre should be used instead
